Gianina Carbunariu: MADY BABY

A girl named Madalina, living in difficult circumstances in Bucharest, is persuaded by her friend living in Ireland to move there with him. At the airport, she meets another Romanian boy who is also heading to Ireland to try his luck. A few months later, they meet again when Madalina is already working as a prostitute. The three young people form an alliance, agreeing that no matter what happens, they will stay together, work together, and support each other. The two boys exploit the girl, initially viewing her only as an object, and ultimately turn her into a victim.
